Do you come to me?

Yes. Onsite visits cover Santa Barbara and Ventura County, at your home or business. Anywhere else, we help over Zoom screen share or a quick Discord call.

How does remote help work?

Book and pay, then at your appointment time open m1ygrndn.com/support and stay on the phone with G. You choose what to share and approve every step. G can only see your screen unless you separately allow control, and you can stop at any time.

Is my information safe?

You stay in control the whole time. G will never ask for your passwords, banking logins, gift cards or a money transfer, and only works on what you asked for help with. Close anything private before you share your screen.

How do I pay?

You pay in full when you book, right on this page through Square's secure checkout. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Square gift cards all work.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or call or text (805) 699-6195.

When are you available?

Weekdays 5 to 9 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm, Pacific time. Pick any open slot when you book.
